School policies

• Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments must be done online, by phone, text message, or email. Please do not leave a voicemail.
• Road test appointment with ICBC should be booked by student.
• Students must always bring a valid Canadian or foreign driver's licence. Without a driver's licence, you cannot take lessons or operate a car.
• One passenger is permitted in the car during the class, but you must notify the teacher in beforehand.
• Students who cancel their sessions within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will not get a refund. If the fee has not been paid in advance,

             the student will be obliged to pay for the missed lesson at the next lesson. 

• Fees are payable in  FULL  at the beginning of each individual lesson, package or road test session.  If you decide to purchase a package, the fee

             should be paid in whole at the first class. In the case of a beginners package or a standard package, we allow you to pay half of the fee at first

             class and the other half at the fifth, seventh, or tenth class respectively.

• There will be no reimbursement for already-conducted driving lessons or road test sessions.
• Preferred methods of payment E-transfer, Cash or Check.  Due of the high transaction fees, credit card payments are not preferred but may be

             accepted if they are your only alternative.

• We will reimburse you for any remaining lessons you previously paid for if you decide not to proceed.
• I offer pick up and drop of from your place if you are reside in New Westminster, Burnaby and Coquitlam Tri City.

             Pick up from Patterson, Gilmore, New Westminster and Lougheed Sky Train station if you reside in other cities. 

• The driving school provides a dual-control vehicle, insurance, and fuel. If you choose to use your own car, please notify us in advance. The cost of

             the session will remain the same.
